Friendly, because my students get to know each other through games during the French lessons, we have meals together talking in French and in English and we help each other.
Fun, because you will go through games to learn french more efficiently. I guarantee that you will not stay sitting down for an hour but you will move, act, mime, play and so on.
French, because you learn French with French Native Tutors. I sometimes invite French teachers or French friends to give the opportunity for my students to hear different french speakers and bring a French atmosphere. In other words : A french community alive !
Do you want to learn French online ? We design French lessons for all : Adults, Teenagers and Children of any level. We offer online group and private French lessons. Most of my students attend both as it is the best way to learn efficiently. Usually online private French lessons are based on grammar, speaking, listening, reading and writing and online group French classes give the students the opportunity to practice what they learn in the private French lessons. They interact with other students or native French tutors. These type of classes complement each other : the classroom environment stimulates what you learn in the private French lessons.
Every week I create and upload Free Online French Lessons to my website in the Blog page. Theses lessons are a recap of the group evening French classes. It gives a chance for my students to remember everything that they learn or review any previous French lesson whenever they need.
We offer lessons on Zoom and in person. You can learn French from the confort of your home.

Face-to-face and Online French classes 
I look forward to Tuesday Evenings, it’s wonderfully situated on Otley Road in A Bar Below attached to Dare Café and hosted by Marie-Claire. The environment is very laid back but effective in the aims of what you and the group want to achieve. One of the great ironies of life, particularly in English speaking countries; is that you never have the opportunity to use them after all the hard work and effort you put into learning them at school. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, build your confidence, keep your motivation and enjoy learning with a native French teacher who empathises completely with your goals to achieve. I speak more French now than I had ever learnt in school and feel much better for it.

Marie-Claire is always supportive and her encouragement is genuine – looking back on a nearly a year of weekly one-to-one online sessions, I can see how much I’ve learnt – I can listen to French programmes and now hear separate words in what used to be just a string of sounds. I’m also always amazed at how much effort Marie puts into each class – it’s not just the amount of preparation that goes into her lessons, but it’s her careful attention to what I am trying to do that makes every second count. Every lesson leaves me feeling happy – it’s not just because I’m learning this lovely language at last, it’s having a teacher who really cares about my progress.
