Meet the Frenchies

Another tip to learn French : Get closer to the French culture.

How ?

I discovered a hub created by a French Journalist. She post regulary articles about music culture, french events in Yorkshire, interesting videos, news and so on.

Take a look : Meet the Frenchies Hub

She organises as well once a year a day to celebrate French language and culture lovers. The day is called “la journée de la francophonie“. It will be on the 9th of June so put this date in your diary !

Bonne nuit les petits

One tip to improve your French : Watch easy French movie

Recently, a memory from the past came up to my mind : My favourite movie that I was watching when I was a kid.

After watching it again today as French teacher, I found it really good for the people learning French : It is fun, the characters speak clearly and slowly and they talk about daily topics.

Would you like to improve your French ? Watch one episode a day before sleeping as it is the time when you will remember more about what you learnt. At the same time the character called “Le marchand de sable” will send some sand to help you to fall into a deep sleep.

Bonjour Tonton

I found a Youtube Channel called : BONJOUR TONTON to learn French.

There are plenty of videos to learn French. These videos have been created for children but they are actually good for anyone (adults, teenagers, children) who want to learn French.

I really recommend this channel. With a similar concept as mine, she use a puppet in her French classes which brings smile to everyone and make the French lessons so enjoyable and energetic.

Watch her videos without moderation :
