Imperfect in French / L’imparfait (Part 1)
In this lesson you will learn easily when to use imperfect. There are only 2 things to remember :
- Most of the time when English use Preterit, French use Passé Composé, except to talk about émotions or description, French use Imperfect.
- When English use past continuous, French use Imperfect.
